Divano letto x ospiti saltuari, impianto stereo con lettore cd/dischi/mp3 in filodiffusione con musica in tutte le stanze, scaldabagno a gas, lavatrice, 2 balconi x stendere, terrazzo per prendere il sole. Connessione internet wi-fi in fibra fastweb e stampante laser b/n.
DOV’E’: in un ATTICO al quinto e ultimo piano con ascensore con terrazzo soleggiatissimo, senza palazzi difronte e con vista della Mole Antonelliana e Superga, vicinissimo al centro (15 min. a piedi), servito da numerosi bus, con tanti supermercati, discount e mercato frutta e verdura vicinissimi.
LINGUE PARLATE: italiano e spagnolo madrelingua, ottimo inglese.

ALTRI SERVIZI: auto da e per aereoporto/stazione treni, si può girare la città con una guida turistica.

AT DISPOSAL ON THE ROOM: one new loft bed, one tall wardrobe, 3 drawers inside the wardorbe, one dresser with 6 drawers, 1 night table, 1 shoe cupboard, 3 mirrors, one desk with chair, bedding clothes (sheets, cover, blanket and pillow) and towels. The room has been reformed recently and almost everything is brand-new o barely used.
AT DISPOSAL ON THE HOUSE: large dinning table, an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, burner, dinner set, cutlery, frying pans, pots…) and drawers for your stuff. Sofa bed for guests, stereo for CD and mp3 with wired wireless in all the rooms; gas water-heater, central heating, washing-machine, one balcony and one large terrace. B/W laser printer and wi-fi very fast.
WHERE IS IT: in one penthouse at the 5th and last floor, with lift, with a bright and sunny roof garden with plants and a wooden table, without building at the front and with views of the Mole Antonelliana and Superga, with a lot of supermarkets, bakeries and shops in the area, in a multicultural environment. The house is very close to Porta Palazzo market (the biggest open market in Europe) and the city center (15 min. walking and easily reachable by bus and bike), and within a stone’s throw of river Dora, the bohemian Borgo Dora quarter and its charming flea market, and the artistical and lively Quadrilatero, the old medieval quarter of the city. It’s also very well connected by bus to Porta Nuova, Porta Susa and the Norht and South of Turin.
