We are a family of artists looking for co-tenants (students only) to rent two rooms in a big house (ALSO FOR PERIODS OF LESS THAN A YEAR), one room of 15 sqm and the other of 25 sqm.
The first one costs 300,00 euros the second costs 350,00 euros, expenses included.
The rooms are bright and peaceful, with free internet, furnished or semi furnished ( it’s up to one’s choice).
Use of a large, modern kitchen with many eletronics appliances, living room and the vast private garden, place for bicycles.
There are no limitations for schedules/time and friend visits.
Eventual students of the Conservatory, with their music, are welcome. Erasmus students – are also appreciated, we speak fluently english, french, serbian and spanish.
